No auditions, no fees. The new building has a studio just for them. Now, we're planning what goes in it.
Free creative projects and paid work experience with The Yard, led by professional artists working in theatre, performance, design, music, and beyond.It's where the next round of writers, performers, directors, designers, producers and technicians sharpens up.What that looks like in practice: free workshops on creative skills, opportunities to shadow leading artists, call-outs for paid assistant director roles on our shows. We prioritise young East Londoners. The new building has a space dedicated to this work: our Young Artists Studio.
